TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

Training is a prerequisite and a must for Bintang Perwira for new staff and the development of current staff. We aim to fulfill our mission Statement on the development of the out team. We have a designated Security Training System to transfer knowledge and skills through guidance to gain confidence and readiness to be deployed in our qualified personnel. All those seeking employment with Bintang Perwira must undergo full training to meet and Comply with the security industry standard that includes CSG (Certified Security Guard) and TNG(Training Nepalese Guards).
